At WASA, our dedicated team of aviation professionals work together to create the most effective career preparation experience for our students. Our team includes certified flight instructors, ground instructors, professional educators, and a network of some amazing industry professionals who generously volunteer their time to mentor and support our students. By combining expert instruction, real-world experience, and personalized guidance, our staff ensures that each student is fully prepared to pursue lucrative and rewarding careers in aviation, equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to succeed in a competitive industry.

Eric is the founder of WASA, experienced pilot, and educator who creates unique aviation opportunities for students.
FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR

Andy is a former Navy and airline pilot who provides expert flight instruction and develops students’ piloting skills.

Anna is a parent representative of our OAC who volunteers with local organizations to provide students with exciting aviation experiences.
